The Birth of Mona3C emerged from a lifetime of observation, feeling, and healing.

For thirty‑five years, Mona has walked between art, care, and human experience — developing a profound understanding of the human body, emotions, and energy. Through time, she discovered a simple yet profound truth: When emotions are suppressed for too long,

the body quietly carries their weight.

When these emotions are gently released — through breath, movement, and artistic expression — the inner world begins to change. Calm returns.

The body opens. “When the sun rises, your energy is reborn.”

Receiving sunlight awakens the mind and heart, elevates life frequency, and transforms inner states. In 1995 and again in 2009, she studied at the Royal Art School North Sydney and the National Art School NSW.

Her life across Eastern and Western cultures shaped her artistic vision — one that focuses not only on color and form, but also on the connection between humans, nature, life consciousness, and the inner spiritual world. Art, for her, is not merely a painting on the wall.

It is an experience that enters daily life — seeing light, feeling light, and recreating life. Through color, nature, quiet experience, focus, and creation, she gradually developed her own artistic language. Medicine gave her knowledge of life.

Art gave her the language to express life.

Together, they formed her original international art system: Sunrise Energy Project. Sunrise Energy is her answer to the world: When life falls into darkness, art becomes the dawn. When emotions are trapped, energy becomes the sunrise. When the soul is lost, light becomes the direction. The light of sunrise illuminates the world;

the light of the heart illuminate's life.

Inner frequency is not a mystical concept; it is a “vibrational pattern” formed by emotions, awareness, the body, memory, and energy flow.

It is a life state that can be felt, elevated, and expressed through art. When the light of the soul meets the light on the canvas,

life gains an eternal beam — a light that illuminates who you are becoming. Painting is not technique; it is the manifestation of soul energy.

Every stroke, every color, every rising light is the movement, expansion, and awakening of the inner world. Mona believes: “Sunrise is not an external landscape — it is an inner awakening.”

Her mission is to help the world move from night to light,

and to help every person find their own sunrise.

​Medicine gives her the knowledge of life; Art gives her the language to express life; Daoist philosophy gives her the foundation to understand the relationship between the universe and life — the unity of Heaven and Humanity. Together, these three form her original international art system: the Sunrise Energy Project.
